SDNY COURTHOUSE,
March 7 – A truck owned by
Campbell Soup Company hit
Fidelina Luna's 2001 Honda on
the Bronx' Major Deagan
Expressway on April 24, 2019.
Campbell Soup was sued.
On March 5,
U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Louis L. Stanton held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Judge
Stanton said a joint pre-trial
order should be filed in early
July - but then added it did
not want to cut into the
holiday, that lawyers need to
rest. So the deadline is July
9.
The case is Luna
v. Campbell Soup Company et
al., 21-cv-962 (Stanton)
