as trustee of the estate of
former NYPD officer Pedro
Serrano sued the City of New
York for retaliation for
complaining about a quota for
giving out tickets.
On October
11, 2022, U.S. District Court
for the Southern District of
New York Magistrate Judge
Sarah L. Cave held a
proceeding. Inner City Press

Judge Cave
denied sanctions against
defendants, and reserved
judgment on the spoliation of
memo books, and adverse
inferences.
She
directed that the transcript
be requested via etranscripts
[at] nysd.uscourts.gov.
