UN GATE, Jan 27 – How captured by China is UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres? The latest example is Guterres who to please China remains inactive on the spread of the deadly Coronavirus, thereby among other things putting UN system staff at risk. 

   Guterres and his equally corrupt spokesman Stephane Dujarric dodged and did nothing as UN system (but China-run) ICAO openly blocked people on Twitter who mentioned the need to incorporate Taiwan into response to Coronavirus. Now this from US State Department Spokesperson Morgan Ortagus: "The United States is deeply concerned about actions taken by the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) to suppress freedom of expression and curtail important discussion of Taiwan’s legitimate role in international issues.  Blocking Twitter users who make reference to Taiwan’s participation in international organizations, particularly given the global response to the coronavirus crisis, is outrageous, unacceptable, and not befitting of a UN organization.  Taiwan has a relevant and credible voice on transnational health issues, and the United States has long supported its active engagement in international venues, including ICAO, where its expertise can be beneficial.  We call upon ICAO to immediately and permanently reverse its practice of blocking discussion of Taiwan on its Twitter properties and make clear publicly its understanding that freedom of expression must always supersede the political insecurities of member states." And from the UN? Nothing but corruption and censorship. Guterres spokesman Dujarric blocks Inner City Press. We'll have more on this.

 Literally at risk. At the January 27 noon briefing from which Guterres banned Inner City Press for the 573rd day, his spokesman Stephane Dujarric who refused all 10 of Inner City Press' written questions was asked, "on corona, did the UN evacuate any personnel from China?

And Dujarric replied, No, not that I’m aware of.

  Meanwhile this, from the US State Department: "The Department of State raised its Travel Advisory for China from Level 2 to Level 3 on January 27, 2020.  This replaces the previous Travel Advisory that was issued on January 23, 2020.    The full text of the updated Travel Advisory follows:  China – Level 3:  Reconsider Travel  Reconsider travel to China due to novel coronavirus first identified in Wuhan, China.  Some areas have increased risk. Read the entire Travel Advisory.  A novel (new) coronavirus is causing an outbreak of respiratory illness that began in the city of Wuhan, Hubei Province, China. This outbreak began in early December 2019 and continues to grow...  Level 4: Do not travel to Hubei province, China due to novel coronavirus first identified in Wuhan, China:  There is an ongoing outbreak of pneumonia first identified in Wuhan, China, caused by a novel (new) coronavirus."

  So how corrupt and irresponsible is Antonio Guterres?

 But China would prefer it not be publicized, and therefore Guterres who both needs their vote for a second term and covered up his links to UN briber CEFC China Energy says nothing, even as robo-comments and expressed canned concern on much less problems.

  CEFC China Energy paid bribes in and through Guterres' UN to Chad's Idryss Deby and Uganda's Sam Kutesa and, evidence showed, Yoweri Museveni. Guterres even even commissioned an audit, as Ban Ki-moon did of Ng Lap Seng's South South News.

   CEFC China Energy offered money to Lisbon-based Gulbenkian Foundation, whose payments to Guterres were not included on his UN public financial disclosure covering 2016. Guterres then had roughed up and banned now 572 days and counting Inner City Press which asked him about it.

  Guterres' spokesman Stephane Dujarric claimed on camera to be answering banned Inner City Press' questions - but he is not answering written questions, and USG Melissa Fleming denies without any explanation Inner City Press' applications to enter the UN like hundreds of state media, many from China. They and Guterres are corrupt, and is covering up for China. We'll have more on this - watch this site.
