UN GATE / SDNY
COURT, Feb 27 – Inner
City Press on 5 July 2018 was
banned from entering the UN,
two day after it was
physically removed from
conducting interviews outside
meeting about the UN Secretary
General Antonio Guterres' $6.7
billion budget.
Then
Guterres' Department of Global
Communication, run by Melissa
Fleming, issued a letter
banning Inner City Press from
the UN - for life. With no due
process, no right of
appeal. Guterres has put
the UN in the US Press Freedom
Tracker, here. Guterres'
Spokesman Stephane Dujarric
falsely promised on camera
that he would be answering
banned Inner City Press'
questions - but see below.
On February 26 before a noon
briefing by Stephane "French
Whine" Dujarric the day
after he announced a Guterres
propaganda-fest at The New
School then banned Press from
it and refuses its questions,
Inner City Press submitted yet
more questions, including why
it continues to be lawlessly
banned from entering to ask
questions in person. Inner
City Press has asked:
February 27-1: On
Cameroon, what now are the
comments and actions if any of
SG Guterres on the findings
that the government killed "at
least 21 civilians in
Cameroon’s Ngarbuh village,
including 13 children and 1
pregnant woman, on February
14, 2020. They also burned
five homes, pillaged scores of
other properties, and beat
residents. Some of the bodies
of the victims were found
burned inside their homes,"
and again on reports that
residents in Fungom in Menchum
of the North West region of
Cameroon are now seeking
refuge in bushes after state
forces stormed the area
Monday. “The military
accompanied by the
government-sponsored vigilante
group members stormed the
place and killed tens of
people,” the source said.
Mobile phones of villagers
were also seized. Coming after
the recent mass killings by
the government in Ngar, what
if anything has been the
follow up of Guterres?
February 27-2: On
censorship, please immediate
state and disclose any and all
contacts by the UN with The
New School regarding press
access to SG Guterres' rare
Q&A there, including but
not limited to with Amy
Malsin, Senior Director or
Will Wilbur, or Merrie Snead
and including in the light of
SG Guterres and Michaud's DSS
attempt to ban Inner City
Press even from Guterres' talk
outside the UN at the Park
East Synagogue, and compared
to even Emmanuel Macron taking
and answer questions about
Cameroon, which some now call
Guterres' genocide?
February 27-3: On
Guinea and ECOWAS, what are
the comment and actions if any
of SG Guterres on that
Guinea's President Alpha Condé
has refused to meet a
delegation of West African
leaders as the country heads
towards a referendum that
could allow him run for a
third term, reports Radio
France Internationale
(RFI). A delegation of
heads of states from the
regional bloc, the Economic
Community of West African
States (Ecowas), was scheduled
to visit Guinea on
Friday. It was to be led
by Niger President Mahamadou
Issoufou and was to include
Nigeria's Muhammadu Buhari,
Ghana's Nana Akufo-Addo and
Burkina Faso's Roch Marc
Christian Kaboré.
February 26-4:
AGAIN on CAR, which you
refused to answer yesterday,
now immediate confirm these
PNGs, and state what each of
the UN personnel did: 'The
facts reported are deemed
sufficiently serious by the
Central African Authorities,
who therefore request the
departure of the persons
concerned, and cited below,
from Central African
territory. A transfer, within
one week is requested, at the
risk of having their
immunities lifted and of
seeing them be brought before
the Central African Justice
for the acts of which they are
accused The persons denounced
are: - Mr. ZALKO BARS
Dimitroff, Head of MINUSCA
coordination office in Bangui;
Mr. TORRES RAY, Director of
Political Affairs of MINUSCA;
- Mr. CARLOS José, Head of
coordination for the 3rd
arrondissement; - Mr. TORRES
RAY, Director of Political
Affairs of MINUSCA; - Mr.
CARLOS José, Head of
coordination for the 3rd
arrondissement; - Mr. KEITA
Mamady Rouge, Agent of MINUSCA
seconded to the 3rd district.
Please accept, Mr. Special
Representative, the expression
of my distinguished
consideration. o apues Stra
des Affan Ministère da
Minister Sylvie BAIPO
TEMON.'"
February 27-5: On
corruption and Angola, on
which you refused to answer
yesterday, what are the
comments and actions if any of
SG Guterres on the Luanda
Leaks exposure of Isabel dos
Santos of Angola, and as Inner
City Press has repeatedly
asked, what are his comments
and action on the repeated
retweeting of Isabel dos
Santos' denials by his close
staffer Aguinaldo Baptista?
After, for example, exposure
of the corrupt urban
development project near
Luanda for which some 3,000
families were driven from
their homes to make way for
the development? And now after
The Portuguese bank EuroBic
has announced it will end its
business relationship with
Africa's richest woman, Isabel
dos Santos.
February 27-6:
Immediately describe the role
of Angola and the dos Santos
family in the campaign of
Antonio Guterres ot become
UNSG.
February 27-7: On
UN sexual exploitation and
abuse - alleged - as Inner
City Press requested before 10
am on February 24, immediately
provide all if-asked / further
information immediately
provide the if-asked
information about the new sex
abuse cases data dumped at
9:30 am on Feb 24, involving
UN rape in DRC by Guatemala
"peacekeeper," and abuse by
Senegal in Haiti, and Gabon
and Mauritania in CAR, etc and
as Inner City Press asked in
writing in 2019 without
response, the if-asked
information for the report of
UN rape in Darfur data dumped

website on the morning of
January 17 and the "if asked"
information about the two new
cases of sexual exploitation
in CAR by Cameroonian UN
"Police" that were put online
after 5 pm on December 30 (a
day when you refused to answer
7 questions including on
previous UN rapes), and the
(Dec 19) rape case by a UN
Volunteer in DRC in June 2019
- what nationality? What's
been done for the victim(s)?
and the Dec 9 sex abuse cases
in CAR by Gabon, DRC and
Morocco UN "peacekeepers, and
the Dec g about the
Office of the Special Envoy
for the Sahel, and the two
more November 26, 3 pm cases
of sexual exploitation in CAR
by Cameroon troops in
September 2019 (!)
February 27-8: On
SG Guterres' Town Hall in
Geneva, on which you refused
Inner City Press' Dec 20
question, what is your summary
of what SG Guterres said given
that Inner City Press has now
publishing more of it? Please
explain SG Guterres' statement
that interns should not (ever)
be paid, and how this is not
create unfair advantage for
the most affluent?
February 27-9: As
previously and repeated asked,
where has UNSG Antonio
Guterres been for the past
week(s), and how much public
money has he spent? Is he
going directly to and from
Pakistan? Previously from
Addis? Or any stop overs? At
what cost?
February 26-10:
On press freedom and Canada,
what are the comments and
actions if any of SG Guterres
and separately USG Melissa
Fleming on the arrest of
ournalist and filmmaker
Melissa Cox? At about 5 p.m.
on February 24, Royal Canadian
Mounted Police officers
arrested Cox, a documentary
filmmaker and U.S. Citizen,
while she was covering the
blockade of a train track near
New Hazelton, British
Columbia, according to Michael
Toledano, a member of the
documentary
crew.
