UN GATE, Aug 7 –
Inner City Press on 5 July
2018 was banned from entering
the UN, two day after it was
physically removed from
conducting interviews outside
meeting about the UN Secretary
General Antonio Guterres' $6.7
billion budget.
Then
Guterres' Department of Global
Communication, run by Melissa
Fleming, issued a letter
banning Inner City Press from
the UN - for life. With no due
process, no right of
appeal. Guterres has put
the UN in the US Press Freedom
Tracker, here. Guterres'
Spokesman Stephane Dujarric
falsely promised on camera
that he would be answering
banned Inner City Press'
questions - but see below.
On August 7 after Guterres again
refused to answer but
the IMF did answer, here,
and before an amateur UN noon
briefing not by Stephane "French
Whine" Dujarric,
previously the face of UN lies
on cholera in Haiti and now on
undeserved two week junket,
but by Farhan Haq Inner City
Press submitted yet more
questions (blocked by
Dujarric's screener Florencia
Soto Nino on +1
917 226 7816
and Dujarric
himself on +1
917 622 7652;
he directed
some favored
scribes to Eri
Kaneko on +1
917 208 8910,
who now blocks
Inner City
Press on
WhatsApp as
well)
including on the basis on
which it continues to be
lawlessly banned from entering
to ask questions in person.
Now also on the basis for
withholding publicly funded UN
video from the Press. There
was no answer from Farhan Haq
on +1 917 592 4591, not even a
confirmation of receipt, and
now UN official like Hua
Jiang, Eri Kaneko, now on
screen Jennifer Confilio, Adam
Smook, Marisela Rivera and
others to be named taking
public money for a UN briefing
blocking email questions about
the UN's spread of Covid 19 - May 21

Inner City Press asked:
Aug 7-1:
Immediately respond to (as you
have to date refused to) and
explain this leaked audio,
exclusively published by Inner
City Press, of OIOS' Ben
Swanson here
On disclosure on Aug 5 that SG Guterres
is away for 2 week then will quarantine, now
that Mayor De Blasio has said it is legally
required upon penalty of $10,000 fine - 1)
where is he? This is asked as it would of any
official given the number of COVID hotspots 2)
how many people and who went with him? Who was
with him? 3) on quarantine, will UN Security
remain 24 hours a day in the Sutton Place
residence? Or go in and out? Does that comply
with NYC law? Same questions as to
Spokesperson Dujarric, gone 2 weeks.

On DRC, what are the absent SG's comments, and
what is MONUSCO doing about, that the
Democratic Republic of Congo opposition,
Ensemble Pour La Republique, has condemned an
attack on the residence of its leader.
Moise Katumbi’s residence was on Wednesday
night attacked with live ammunition by unknown
people.
As asked on the
morning of August 5 with no
response from any of you: -
this is a request on the new
UN sex abuse cases data
dumped August 5, 9 am by
Italy in Lebanon, South Africa
in DRC and an UNSPECIFIED UN
civilian CHILD RAPE in DR
Congo - immediately provide
all if-asked info of the type
previously provided under Ban
Ki-moon before SG Guterres
tried to cover everything
up, and of July 28 of
Gabon in CAR and Guinea in
DRC, on top of those in
CAR against UN "peacekeeper"
from Gabon, and in DRC by
South Africa - the eleventh
this summer so far, no
answers, UNSG complicit
How does SG
Guterres explain the permanent
lay off of food work staff in
the UNHQ and referring them to
US/NY unemployment?
At UNHQ, why is
there no temperature taking
as, for example, at NY
courthouses?
On Ghislaine
Maxwell and UNEP's Lisa Svensson, who has been
exposed in SDNY has saying the UN doesn't care
about sex trafficking, what is SG Guterres'
response?
And on Amir Dossal being 1 of 5 on Maxwell's
Terramar board? Immediately state the
UN's / DGC's and Melissa Fleming's knowledge
of sex harassment and exploitation in the UN
resident press corps including France 24 and
any and all actions taken.
On the "policy brief on COVID-19 and
Eduation," state why SG Guterres' video was
for recording July 23, why Inner City Press
was immediately removed from the briefing to
prevent any questions, as on Cities.
As asked on the
morning of July 28 with no
response from any of you:
Press request re THREE new UN
sex abuse cases data dumped on
July 28, 9:30 am of Gabon in
CAR and Guinea in DRC, on top
of the one from July 23, 6 pm
that you immediately provide
all if-asked / further
information about the new UN
sexual exploitation
allegations in CAR against UN
"peacekeeper" from Gabon, and
in DRC by South Africa, on top
of unanswered UNTSO driver
question and those data dumped
on June 4 after 2:30 pm - the
ninth this summer so far, no
answers, UNSG complicit
Explain why the
SG now says he can seize and
search all UN staff members
phones and laptops, how it
relates to the UNTSO
Sexploitation case exclusively
exposed by Inner City Press
and why no discipline by
actual driver Juan Carlos
Cunillera - was his phone
searched?
Immediately
provide SG Guterres' response
to the OIOS Swanson audio, and
letter demanding 15% cut in
funding to the UN, Inner City
Press on July 21 published here
On Office of
South South Cooperation and UN
bribery cover up, respond to
and explain this leaked audio,
exclusively published by Inner
City Press, of Ines Tofalo, here,
and this (subsequently
changed) draft audit, here
July 27-2a: On
the reported disciplining of
now three at UNTSO, explain
why you have not named them;
confirm or deny they are as
Inner City Press asked you in
June Michael Antoine and Ray
Milan; disclose previous
complaints regarding Antoine
and any actions taken, and
confirm that Administrative
Leave without Pay allows for
payment of education grant and
insurance, and is not a
disciplinary measure. Also
state when further actions are
expected. See, here
(as of before noon July 27
with 180,000 views on Twitter,
more on other platforms)
relatedly,
confirm that the "Luminate"
mentioned by USG Fleming on
June 29 is Pierre Omidyar's
foundation, here
On Cameroon, what
are the comments and actions
if any of SG Guterres on that
Language differences played
out in court in Cameroon
during an appeal hearing
against the life sentences
handed down last August to
Anglophone separatist leader
Sisiku Ayuk Tabe and nine
others.
as well as on the
June 22 admission by Sri Lanka
former PR Kohona that his
country led a campaign to get
Inner City Press ousted and
banned from the UN after it
reported on mass killings in
Sri Lanka, as Inner CIty Press
was also doing as to Cameroon
when your UN banned it now for
721 day. What is the appeals
process? On
deadline."
In Honduras,
President JOH talked up
hydroxychloroquin - what does
SG Guterres say about that,
and about JOH named today in
narco-trafficking complaint in
SDNY against former Honduran
National Police Chief Tigre
Bonilla?
