In Corrupt UN of Guterres
Mistress of UNESCO Kacyanides Is Prepped For
Promotion

UN GATE, Nov 18 –
Under the French
Administration, UNESCO is a
never-ending diplomatic drama.
It mirrors the corruption of
the entire UN system under
Antonio Guterres.
Inner City
Press was informed this week,
while Guterres ordered
destruction of evidence of sex
abuse information, of the
latest news from the cabinet
of the French UNESCO DG Audrey
Azoulay.
Following
the exposure of her disastrous
directorship of the Agency,
now measures are taken to get
rid of Nicolas Kacyanides.
According to internal sources,
Kacyanides will be replaced
and the new Director of her
cabinet, to be appointed in
the coming weeks, will be
Roland Husson, a former deputy
director of cabinet at the
French ministry of culture
under Azoulay, prior to her
UNESCO job.
A Frenchman
replacing another Frenchman,
as with UN Peacekeeping from
Guehenno to Ladsous to
Lacroix.
“When he got to know about the
planned change, Kacyanides
started to panic. The time
ahead was too short to deliver
on the promised promotion to
his mistress,” pointed out a
UNESCO source.
The lady,
whose name we know, is working
with him and he is her direct
supervisor. This is Guterres'
UN: the use the vested
authority to pay back for
sexual favors.
“The romance
between Kacyanides and this
colleague is a sign of rot
under Guterres," a cabinet
staff member opined. "The
majority of the other
colleagues are feeling very
uncomfortable. The shameless
bragging about it by the
female colleague, who is
speaking openly about her
bright career prospects thanks
to her boss are utterly
revolting”.
In order
to get her promoted,
Kacyanides mobilized the HR
administration of the Paris
based Agency and requested
that a solution be found for
an immediate promotion of the
lady.
He was presented
with several options
elaborated by ADG for
Administration Nicholas
Jeffreys, Kazumi Ogawa, the
Japanese Director of the
Bureau for HR and by Amita
Vohra, senior advisor for HR
issues in the Cabinet of
Azoulay. Ultimately
Guterres is responsible.
But poor
kid Kacyanides is apparently
ignorant that this is not the
first time the lady is using
this same moving staircase in
order to carry her
advancements between the
floors of the Fontenoy
building.
In
September 2019, Inner City
Press cited a senior UNESCO
staff member saying, “if DG
Azoulay still believe she has
a chance for re-election, one
of her first steps should be
to get rid of her Director of
Cabinet, Kassianides, the
young inexperienced French
fellow from the Quai d’Orsay,"
see here.
Who
then may take the decision to
remove in the very near future
the “chaud lapin” ('horny
rabbit') heading the UNESCO
cabinet, since securing a job
contingent on sex is
definitely proscribed even for
the French staff at UNESCO?
Until Guterres
turned the UNDT into his
personal kangaroo court,
banning the Press and ordering
the destruction of evidence,
there was a legal basis
against such deeds and some
courts have considered sexual
favors for job promotion as a
“bribe” punishable under the
Staff Regulations and Rules of
the United Nations : “Specific
instances of prohibited
conduct”: (e) Sexual
exploitation and abuse is
prohibited. (…) The exchange
of money, employment, goods or
services for sex, including
sexual favours (…) is
prohibited." Dead letter?
Despite all major
errors by Nicolas Kacyanides
accumulated over the last year
and a half, the French
administration of UNESCO may
try again to save his head but
most probably the political
wisdom will prevail this time
and in order to protect the
French DG in her reelection
effort, Kacyanides will be
removed from his cushy job.
This is where UNESCO stands
today.
Just another UN
Agency propitious to the
flourishing of corruption,
sexual performances-based
promotions, abuse of power and
nepotism. Guterres is killing
what is left of the UN's
credibility. We will have more
on that.
