SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Dec 15 – Is it supposed to be
the United Nations position to
rough up and ban a media that
the Secretary General doesn't
like?
Then again, is it
the UN position for the
Secretary General's head of
communications and media
accreditation, Melissa
Fleming, to unequivocally
express "relief" that a
deranged person was shot to
death by the
police?
On December
13, flaunting the view from
her Upper West Side
neighborhood, Melissa Fleming
tweeted that "a deranged
gunman fired shots from 2
guns. Fast police reaction
stopped him killing.
Relieved, but such a scary
close call."
Relieved.
And so on the
morning of December 14, Inner
City Press emailed questions
to Fleming, to UN Spokespeople
Stephane Dujarric and Farhan
Haq and to their boss Antonio
Guterres, including: "Does USG
Fleming openly support and is
"relieved" by the police
shooting yesterday in her
neighborhoods around 112th
Street and Amsterdam Avenue?
Also, can you explain why
Fleming, as head of DCG and
MALU, has not responded or
explained the ban on entry of
Inner City Press, even by
WebEx which IMF takes its
questions over?"
More than
12 hours later, no answer at
all. Totally corrupt. We'll
have more on this.
