The UN run by Antonio
Guterres, who daily covers up
child rapes by UN peacekeepers
by withholding information
that even his predecessor Ban
Ki-moon used to give upon
Press request, is increasingly
characterized by sexual
harassment and abuse.
Here is part of
yet another sample account
submitted to Inner City Press
since the state media and
retirees Guterres and Melissa
Fleming let in collude with
these two, and Spokespeople
Stephane Dujarric, Farhan Haq
and Eri Kaneko refuse to
answer any even written
questions from Inner City
Press which they have been 716
days and counting:
"Dear
Matthew, I hope
this letter finds you
well. I have
evidence of sexual harassment
and assault committed by
senior officer of the World
Intellectual Property
Organization of the United
Nations (a former Acting
Director of Internal Oversight
Services (IOD)) and collusion
among WIPO, and several other
UN agencies (ICAo and UNOPS)
and the Member States to cover
it up.
I have evidence
of WIPO launching
investigation against the
victim with advice and
involvement of the perpetrator
(which WIPO falsely denies).
The Head of WIPO Investigation
Section was also taking part
in supporting the perpetrator
to hunt the victim and was
actively engaged in launching
investigation against the
victim.
I have evidence
of Axis Helvetia (external
investigation company) taking
part in a corrupted scheme of
WIPO administration by:
- leading1st retaliatory
investigation against the
victim of sexual harassment
with numerous violations of
due process rights and making
ridiculous references to non
existing staff of WIPO; -
filing a complaint against the
victim (after the 1st
investigation was completed)
to launch and leading 2nd
retaliatory investigation
against the victim (conducted
with numerous violations and
intentional reputational
damage of the victim) -
Was hired by the Chairs of GA
(Vietnamese Ambassador) and
CoCo (Iranian Ambassador) to"
investigate" an alleged
retaliation the Director
General against Mr. Wei Lei (a
whistle-blower at WIPO) and
definitely they found no
evidence of retaliation;
- WIPO Director General
illegally dismissing
harassment complaint against
Avis
Helvetia. I
have evidence of the
investigator of sexual
harassment intentionally
distorting the evidence
to dismiss allegations of
sexual harassment, but there
was finding of harassment (and
other finding, e.g. the
perpetrators being illegally
involved in investigation
against the victim). WIPO
Director General dismisses all
allegations and findings
against the
perpetrator.
The UN Secretary
General is well aware of the
case and ignored the requests
of the victim to step in and
ensure impartial
investigation. [Guterres is a
corrupt censor - and worse.]
The Member State
also never reacted on
numerous requests from WIPO
staff and the victim to
investigate systematic
violations of human rights in
WIPO. I have an
evidence of WIPO’s Chair of
General Assembly (Ambassador
of Vietnam) neglecting his
duty and protecting WIPO
Director General against any
investigations. In return, her
was offered a fixed term job
of Director in April
2020.
I have evidence
of WIPO's current Chair of
Coordination Committee (French
Ambassador) breaching his duty
of care and sharing
confidential information sent
by the whistle-blower
with the WIPO Legal Counsel
(he was also a subject to
institutional harassment
allegations). I also have
evidence of current Charis of
GA (Moroccan Ambassador) and
CoCo (French Ambassador)
illegally dismissing
institutional harassment
complaint filed by the
victim.
I have evidence
of WIPO and UNOPS ethics
officers falsely accusing the
victim of filing the sexual
harassment complaint in bad
faith. I have evidence of WIPO
Administration threatening
financial independence and
security of the victim through
stopping to pay her salary,
falsely accusing her of abuse
of the system *by pursuing her
case legally) and requesting
WIPO internal Appeal Board and
ILO Tribunal to impose
financial sanctions upon the
