UN GATE, Dec 19–
UN Secretary General Antonio
Guterres first threw the
investigative Press out of the
UN, then even to the pliant
state media he left in,
canceled his scheduled press
conference on January 28.
Instead he held a closed door
meeting - which banned Inner
City Press live-streamed (I,
II, III)
and now posts portions of on
YouTube, here.
Now in
December 2020, banned Inner
City Press has repeatedly
asked Guterres and his
spokespeople Stephane Dujarric
and Melissa Fleming about
Somalia (and Kenya, and
Somalialand) - "On Kenya and
Somaliland (and Somalia) what
are the comment and actions if
any of SG Guterres on that
Kenya will open a consulate in
the breakaway state of
Somaliland by the end of March
while Somaliland will upgrade
the status of its liaison
office in Kenya to that of a
consulate. The
announcement was made in a
joint communique issued by
Kenya's President Uhuru
Kenyatta and Somaliland's
President Muse Bihi Abdi at
the end of the latter's visit
to Kenya. The two
leaders also agreed that Kenya
Airways would fly directly
from Kenya's capital Nairobi
to Somaliland's capital
Hargeisa before the end of
March. The deal appears
to have angered Somalia, which
has announced the severance of
diplomatic ties with Kenya."
Then, "On Kenya and Somalia,
on which you have refused to
answer or acknowledge Inner
City Press' written questions,
now what are the comments and
actions if any of SG Guterres
on that the Somali government
has suspended operations of
its embassy in neighbouring
Kenya. It has also
ordered its diplomats and
immigration officials in Kenya
to return to Mogadishu in five
days. This comes two
days after it cut diplomatic
relations with Kenya, accusing
it of meddling in its internal
affairs. It also ordered
Kenyan diplomats in Mogadishu
to leave."
No answer at all.
Totally corrupt. Now on
December 19, with Guterres on
his super spreader vacation to
German, Lisbon for weeks then
the UK, this: "The
Secretary-General strongly
condemns the attack that took
place in Galkayo yesterday,
which resulted in many
casualties.
He extends his deepest
sympathies and condolences to
the families of the victims
and wishes a speedy recovery
to those injured. He hopes
that the perpetrators of this
attack will be brought to
justice.
The Secretary-General
reiterates the full commitment
of the United Nations to
support the people and
Government of Somalia."
Guterres is a liar, and
censor.
Back on January
31, UN system staff who have
gotten no response from
Guterres and his spokespeople
have written to Inner City
Press: "Dear Mr. Lee,
Below is a brief email to
senior leadership team on the
subject matter in Mogadisgu.
We have written and written
kindly you are surely our
saviour. Many thanks:

Subject: Witch craft in
office
Dear Senior Leadership
Team, It would be nice
to protect our lives in
Mogadishu.Whereas we are under
tense operation in the field
our field leadership team in
particular program Director -
Ms. Qurat - Ul-Ain Sadozai is
busy practicing witch craft in
office. We are a mixed
community here and its very
unfortunate that this issue
has been brought to senior
leadership team but with no
solution. Please we kindly
request quick attention over
this woman we can no longer
stand this in a public
office. Witch craft is
an out dated method of keeping
jobs we need help
please! UNMAS Staffs
from Somalia Field
Office." We'll have more
on this
