"official travel,"
he has just made
another undisclosed
trip to Lisbon paid
for the public, this
time appearing at a
concert there on
November 9 for Carlos
do Carmo,
noted in the
Portuguese media here.
So
how much did it cost
the public, taking
UN Security there?
Where did they stay?
Inner City Press

11, before the day's
UN noon briefing
which it is banned
from entering to
attend by corrupt
Guterres, for the
now 507th day. No
answers.
Instead

Dujarric, this: "I
have a trip
announcement.

will be arriving in
Berlin, Germany, to
take part in the
14th UN Internet
Governance Forum,
hosted this year by
the Government of
Germany." Is this
just another
pretext, for another
trip to Lisbon?

and a rising star in

right after his
hiring from McKinsey
of Peter Reid for a
position that even
Ban Ki-moon left
empty, because
wasteful, for a
decade. This is
Guterres' hypocrisy.
