Kate Gilmore Quietly Disappears in Geneva But
Guterres Keeps It Up

United Nations of Antonio
Guterres do when it is exposed
for having paid a high ranking
official over $2 million in
public funds without having
checked the official's
falsified educational
qualifications?
Nothing. Or,
quietly change one online
presentation, while leaving
Guterres' unchanged.
Inner City Press has long
reported on Kate Gilmore at
the UN Office of the High
Commissioner for Human Rights
Michele Bachelet, including on
her retaliation against
whistleblowers with whom Inner
City Press was worked on such
stories as the UN given the
name of dissidents to China,
one of whom was killed.
But
among Ms. Gilmore's and the
UN's frauds was her claim to
have earned post-graduate
degrees to justify her
position and salary. A version
of her resume on OHCHR's
website which Inner City Press
saved said "Ms. Gilmore holds
a bachelor of arts degree from
the University of New England
and post graduate degrees in
Social Work from the
University of Melbourne and
Community Development from
RMIT." Here.
After
inquiries, a new version was
put online by Bachelet's OHCHR
without explanation or comment
or repurcussions much less
disgorgement of improperly
taken public funds, now saying
"Ms. Gilmore holds a bachelor
of arts degree from the
University of New England and
a Bachelor's degree in Social
Work from the University of
Melbourne and has pursued
post-graduate studies in
social work and community
development in Australia." Here.
There is no
post-graduate degree from
University of Melbourne, and
initially claimed RMIT is not
mentioned anymore.
But
at Antonio Guterres' UN, where
Guterres himself omitted
from his public financial
disclosure covering 2016 the
money he took from Lisbon
based Gulbenkian Foundation
which tried during his tenure
to sell its oil company Partex
to convicted UN briber CEFC
China Energy, nothing has
changed.
Today on 26 November 2019, the
511th day that Guterres has
kept Inner City Press banned
from entering the UN for
asking such questions, a form
of censorship on which
Bachelet has done nothing, his
still online biography here
says of Ms. Gilmore that "She
is the holder of a Bachelor of
Arts degree from the
University of New England and
a post-graduate degree in
social work from the
University of
Melbourne." That
was and is a lie: there is no
post-graduate degree of any
kind from Univerisity of
Melbourne. Now what? Inner
City Press is asking Guterres'
spokesman Stephane Dujarric,
who despite promising
including on camera to answer
banned Inner City Press'
questions has refused to,
including on November 25 lying
that he was only that day
asked about Michael Bloomberg
quitting the UN to run for
office in the US, when Inner
City Press on November 11 in
writing asked him, Guterres,
Melissa Fleming, Amina J.
Mohammed and others precisely
this question, without
answer. The UN
under Antonio Guterres is a
fraud that steals the public's
money, and uses it to cover up
rapes of the indigent by its
"peacekeepers" while refusing
to answer the questions of the
Press that asks. We'll have
