UN GATE, March 5 -- UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres says he has a "zero tolerance" policy for sexual harassment, and for retaliation - this as he pushes for an UNmerited 2d terms.

 But after Guterres imposed on Inner City Press on ongoing ban against entering the UN, made permanent an August 17, 2018 unappealable letter, his two spokesman have continued refusing to answer written questions from Inner City Press about Guterres ignoring victims of abuse and harassment including at UNAIDS under Michel Sidibe, and and by his South Africa director, see below.

On similar rot in the World Health Organization, Inner City Press on Jan 18, 2019 - before WHO's failure on COVID in Wuhan -- published a whistleblower's email.

  It concerned nepotism in the UN system, the daughter of the WIPO chief Gurry, a public figure. Now, tellingly, this demand for censorship, which we likewise publish:

It is well known in the department that Pat Drury has also made missions to Australia for Céline Gurry to visit her family in Australia, in business class, at WHO expense. NOTE: UNtrue. Paid by the public, nepotism hire direct family relation of senior official Gurry.

 Yeah, French Informatics, to try to cover up UN corruption and nepotism for direct relatives of publicly paid public figures. No. Watch this site.

 This is the response. The UN system under Guterres is getting so corrupt, so dismissive not only of Press freedom but also wider human rights (Guterres calls human rights questions "impolite" and "arrogant," see his closed door reference to PNG-ed envoy Nicholas Haysom in Somalia, here) that full details henceforth will be published as whistleblowers say Guterres should resign or be impeached. This is Guterres' UN system, where he and his spokesmen won't answer on his failure to disclose paid board membership on Gulbenkian Foundation, which tried to sell its Partex Oil to UN briber CEFC China Energy, on his form covering 2016.
