UN GATE, Dec 29 –
In the United Nations, a list
of speakers for the UN General
Assembly week Sept 22-29 was
released, photo here.
On
September 14, the day before
Volkan Bozkir took over as
President of the General
Assembly, Inner City Press
wrote to his spokesperson
Brenden Varma asking who pays
Bozkir's staff. Varma blocked
Inner City Press on Twitter.
Now on
December 29 about the UN
budget process, which Inner
City Press was covering in
person when UNSG Antonio
Guterres had it roughed up and
banned since, Bozkir says
this: "l would like to express
my concern and disappointment
that the United Nations’
budget and plan for 2021 have
still not been adopted. We are
facing an unprecedented
situation, in which we are
still continuing discussions
that have traditionally been
finalised before Christmas....
My office and I, with the
Chair of the General
Assembly’s Fifth Committee,
Ambassador Carlos Amorin, held
extensive consultations with
Member States and encouraged
them to make every effort to
overcome disagreements or
disputes and strive for
consensus in order to reach a
conclusion. Even though these
are the last two days of 2020,
we are still unable to achieve
a final
decision.
If Member States fail to reach
an agreement, the consequences
on the work of the United
Nations will be dire." Not as
dire as a bigot and a censor
running the UN. Free press or
ship out.
Still, look who has funded
Bozkir's office (which still
hides who gets this and other
money) - his Turkey, a two dip
from briber China, a bit from
Austria, and totally
inappropriately during a
heated up war, Azerbaijan, for
$100,000 - and now $150,000
from Kuwait:
October
2020
State of Kuwait General
administrative, logistical and
management support USD
150,000
October 2020
Republic of
Azerbaijan
USD 100,000 September
2020
Austria USD
11,862 (estimated exchange)
September 2020
The
People’s Republic of China
USD 200,000
The People’s
Republic of China USD 100,000
August 2020

Did Bozkir
hit up Armenia? Varma won't
answer, blocks Press. But he
threw Guterres under the bus
on November 9, saying Bozkir
only delayed confirming Biden
until Guterres agreed to -
Bozkir has his own Turkish
money, Guterres is still
working for bribes. Watch this
site.
On October
23 Varma went public
with a failure by Bozkir: he
couldn't even get a meeting
with NYC Mayor Bill de Blasio.
He asked, two weeks ago, and
was turned down.
While the
zombies the UN lets in to ask
question didn't make the
connection, back in May 2020
Inner City Press exclusively reported
that "Volkan
Bozkir is best
known for saying,
after "drag
queen" Conchita Wurst's
Eurovision win,
"Thank God we no
longer
participate in
Eurovision."
Bozkir
the Bigot has
now brought the
UN into further
disrepute. And
that's saying
something.
It is time
for the UN to leave New York.
Also, it is time for Bozkir to
step down. He is not
representing, and cannot
represent, the UNGA. Video here.
Now while
refusing all of Inner City
Press' written questions about
it while entertaining Al
Jazeera's questions, it
emerges that Bozkir took
$500,000 from Qatar - for
what? - and still refuses to
disclose who works for him,
much less who pays them.
Interim profiles here
(Toni-Shae Freckleton, and
Inga Kanchaveli) and here
(Nehali Anupriya - nepotism).
Inner City Press should be
immediately admitted for UNGA
2020 and electronic briefings.
Ghoulishly, while blocking
Inner City Press and refusing
its question about PGA Office
transparency, Varma bragged
that the Office's 33 staff
come from 30 countries - but
the link was blocked to Inner
City Press' IP address. Still,
for now we have this
(Turkey-heavy) list, and the
"Ethics" page still doesn't
say who pays them. They should
be ashamed and we'll have more
on this, and these: "Tegan

Most
resident correspondents write
nothing, or only propaganda.
And who will decide on these
"very limited non-resident"
[sic] who will be allowed in?
Varma called on three separate
Turkish media... This is the
beginning of a series. Thread
here.
In the
first morning there are China
and Russia, Qatar, Morocco and
Iran. Cameroon's Paul
Biya is on Friday
September 24. Watch this site.
