UN GATE, Oct 21 -- Stephane Dujarric, the lead spokesman of UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres, and now Guterres' Global Communicator Melissa Fleming and even Assistant Spokesperson Florencia Soto Nino, have joined their boss in personally covering up child rapes and sexual abuse by UN personnel, including recently a child rape by a UN "peacekeeper" from Paul Biya's Cameroon in DR Congo.

  On the afternoon of October 21 the UN cursorily disclosed child rape and sexual exploitation by UN "peacekeepers" from South Africa, Indonesia, Mauritania and again Cameroon, in DRC and Central African Republic. Only the most scant information was provided and the UN of Guterres has still not answered on the last abuses, by Peru. Guterres covers up child rapes, at least by some states.

  On October 14, the UN cursorily disclosed yet another charge, of sexual abuse by a Peruvian military observer in the DRC.  Inner City Press immediately asked Guterres, Dujarric, Melissa Fleming, newly hired spinmeisters Peter Reid, Zoe Paxton and others the question below, about the Peruvian sexual exploitation in DRC.

Twently hours later, no answer at all from Guterres' UN. Nothing on Peru whose foreign minister  Gustavo Meza-Cuadra Guterres was meeting, video here.

We'll have more on this - and on the silence on Peru amid Guterres' meeting with Gustavo Meza-Cuadra.

  On October 15, back from an unexplained and expensive publicly funded vacation, Guterres is slated to meet with Peru's former ambassador and now foreign minister Gustavo Adolfo Meza-Cuadra Velásquez. Having no confidence in Guterres, Inner City Press on October 14 tweeted and Peru's Mission, for them to provide the explanation of their own Military Observer's sexual exploitation, here. Despite having been Blue washed many times, no answer.

  Here was and is Inner City Press' October 14 question: "On UN sexual exploitation and abuse - alleged - this is a request that you immediately provide the "if asked" information about the case of sexual abuse / Rape by Cameroon military in CAR / MINUSCA with no response from Cameroon government - why does the UN keep using Biya's abuse troops? and of sexual exploitation by Peru military observer in DRC / MONUSCO just cursorily e-announced, and that you immediately provide the "granular" information that was promised today at noon to correspondents who barely ask or publish about this topic. What is being done for the victims? Also, again, what is Guterres' answer, which you refused to provide after banned Inner City Press asked you and others in writing on the morning of August 19 that you "immediately provide all if-asked and additional information about the new allegation of SEA announced of child rape by a Cameroonian "peacekeeper" in DR Congo, and why this has been left so long UNanswered - and also why previously published charges are no longer in the data to which UN Peacekeeping Conduct and Discipline points, including what if being done for these victims and any steps taken to avoid this constant repetition of abuse despite the SG's ostensible commitments. Again, are new allegations being buried elsewhere on the data page? Inner City Press is asking in writing because banned from the noon briefings and any follow up questions, now for more than a year. On August 24 Inner City Press re-applied for admission to cover the UNGA high level week; on August 30 it was summarily rejected, with no or only Kafka-esque reasoning. Today, as before none of Inner City Press' written questions, including on Cameroon, have been answered. This is a request that you immediately confirm receipt of these questions and requests."

   Guterres covers up child rapes and has banned the Press which asks about this, and his use of public money and failure on Cameroon, for 468 days with no due process or appeal.

  And no answers, despite Dujarric's previous on camera commitment / lie about answering Inner City Press' questions. Video here.

 Worse, Dujarric repeated and expanding on the lies on September 19, video here, claiming that Inner City Press is in touch with UN Media Accreditation - while Melissa Fleming has not answered a single letter and has banned the active Press - 72,000 Twitter followers and counting, covering the courts and #6ix9ine - from entering to cover the UNGA week.

   Inner City Press had asked Guterres, his chief of staff Luiza Viotti, Dujarric and Melissa Fleming at her new Secretariat email address: "On UN sexual exploitation and abuse - alleged - this is a request that you immediately provide the "if asked" information about the case of sexual exploitation by a Civilian Contractor in UNMISS / South South just cursorily e-announced, including confirming or denying that the contractor is a South Sudan national or specifying which other and that you immediately provide the "granular" information that was promised today at noon to correspondents who barely ask or publish about this topic. Also, again, what is Guterres' answer, which you refused to provide after banned Inner City Press asked you and others in writing on the morning of August 19 that you "immediately provide all if-asked and additional information about the new allegation of SEA announced of child rape by a Cameroonian "peacekeeper" in DR Congo, and why this has been left so long UNanswered - and also why previously published charges are no longer in the data to which UN Peacekeeping Conduct and Discipline points, including what if being done for these victims and any steps taken to avoid this constant repetition of abuse despite the SG's ostensible commitments.
