On December 26, the day after a

Morocco, the
spokeswoman
for the
Russian
Foreign
Ministry,
Maria
Zakharova,
made a complaint
against
Guterres. Dutifully,
while
refusing Inner

questions about UN
rapes, and
Guterres'
whereabouts
and support of
dictators, Dujarric
handed
a state media
this:

delays in the

visas by the
