SDNY COURTHOUSE,
June 6 – Dawn Mitchiner was
injured in front of the US
Mission to the United Nations
on July 13, 2021 by a nut/bolt
that hit her from 20 feet up
due to the negligence of USUN,
according to a new
lawsuit.
On June 6,
2022 in the U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York the
Federal Tort Claims Act
lawsuit was filed, and found
that on that day by Inner City
Press, which covers the court
daily.
Dawn Mitchiner is
a police officer.
The US
Mission to the UN, which under
Ambassador Linda
Thomas-Greenfield refuses
Press questions, is also being
used for employment
discrimination, and seek to
keep most of that case
confidential and under seal.
And this one?
Inner City Press,
which also cover the UN no
thanks to USUN, will stay on
the case.
It is Dawn
Michiner v. United States of
America, 22-cv-4698
(Unassigned)
