Whistleblower Says He Told CEO
of Unconscionable Things and Was
Fired so Sues

July 8 – A man who as a Wells
Fargo official says he
appeared on CNBC in February
2025 and praised the then-new
Administration says he was
retaliated against. He filed a
lawsuit in the U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York where
Inner City Press found it in
the docket.
The
complaint said a Mr. Peck
"resented Plaintiff's
political views."
The
plaintiff says he emailed
Wells Fargo's CEO about
"unconscionable" things. A Mr.
Andrew Porter contacted him,
and soon he was fired.
A U4 filing
with FINRA resulted in
withdrawal from recruitment
discussions by UBS, JPMorgan
and RBC Capital
Markets.
He cites
the Sabranes-Oxley Act.
The case is
Doe v. Wells Fargo N.A.,
