as X of xAI Does Nothing as Locks

Nov 19 – Twitter became X and
still Inner City Press used it
to report on trials, in the
Southern District of New York
and elsewhere, and on the
United Nations, and banks
behaving badly including Bank
of America being sued for
enable Jeffrey Epstein.
Then, the day before among
other things this afernoon's
the Epstein files vote in
Congress, Inner City Press
lost control of its X account,
and for eight hours and
counting X "Support" has done
nothing, see below.
So now,
unable to post to X, on that
platform Scott Bessent X-ed,
"Finally @SenWarren and I can
agree on something." Warren
had said that Summers, often
on This Week ABC, "cannot
be trusted to
advise our
nation’s
politicians,
policymakers,
and
institutions —
or teach a
generation of
students."
And trust in
today's X?
Now Summers,
trying to end the scrutiny on
himself - good luck - has quit
OpenAI: "“In line with my
announcement to step away from
my public commitments, I have
also decided to resign from
the board of OpenAI." We're
looking at xAI, valuation and
Memphis - new project.
It began
with an email, seemingly from
X, alleging a copyright
violation for using a UN photo
of Antonio Guterres. Soon the
account - with over 379,000
followers, many of them paid,
for extra - had its password
changed.
A complaint
to X through a form resulted
in an email - which said, it
appears you still have control
of the account.
But this was
demonstrably false. There were
blatantly crypto scams /
spams, noted among others by
CNBC / CNBC Pro.
One reply
email to X, then six, went
unanswered. The form initially
used now said, your request is
queue, then "something went
wrong, try again
later."
Yes,
something has gone wrong.
