COURTHOUSE,
Nov 18 – Twitter became X and
still Inner City Press used it
to report on trials, in the
Southern District of New York
and elsewhere, and on the
United Nations, and banks
behaving badly including Bank
of America being sued for
enable Jeffrey Epstein.
Then, the day before among
other things the the Epstein
files vote in Congress, Inner
City Press lost control of its
X account, and for 34 hours
and counting X "Support" has
done nothing, see below.
On November
18 the House voted to release
the Epstein files, 427 to 1
(Rep. Clay Higgins, R-La),
then the Senate then a Saudi
state dinner at the White
House, X's Elon Musk was
there. And what of X?
It began
with an email, seemingly from
X, alleging a copyright
violation for using a UN photo
of Antonio Guterres. Soon the
account - with over 379,000
followers, many of them paid,
for extra - had its password
changed.
A complaint
to X through a form resulted
in an email - which said, it
appears you still have control
of the account.
But this was
demonstrably false. There were
blatantly crypto scams /
spams, noted among others by
CNBC / CNBC Pro.
One reply
email to X, then eight, went
unanswered. The form initially
used now said, your request is
queue, then "something went
wrong, try again
later."
Yes,
something has gone wrong.
