In Sean Combs Case Clayton Howard Got OK for 17 Pg Brief Now Denied More Victim Rights

SDNY COURTHOUSE, Jan 29 – At 12:26 am on September 29-20, 2025, the US Attorney's Office filed a sentencing memo on Sean Combs, asking for 135 months imprisonment on October 3. Memo on Patreon here.

Just over a year before at 4:30 pm on September 16, 2024 Inner City Press was told by its SDNY source to expect "the big one" - Sean Combs - the next day in an SDNY courtroom.

On July 2 the jury came back with not guilty on RICO and sex trafficking, guilty on counts 3 and 5, transportation for prostitution.

On October 3 Inner City Press live tweeted the sentencing, 10 am to 5 pm, here, resulting in a 50 month sentence.

Judge Subramanian signed off - and on October 8 docketed an Order of Forfeiture - on Patreon here

On October 20, notice of appeal was filed.

On December 9 Clayton Howard wrote in to Judge Subramanian seeking Victim's Rights, attaching his email to Teny Geragos, on Patreon here

On December 23, the US Attorney's Office wrote in opposingon Patreon here

On January 6 Judge Subramanian granted Clayton Howard's request to file an oversized brief, letter and endorsement on Patreon here

On January 28 Clayton Howard docketed another request.

On January 29, Judge Subramanian denied it, including "one of Howard's requests is for the return of any documents he provided to the government, as well as any supporting evidence that might help tie him to Backpage.com. To the degree that is reasonably possible, the government should try to share those documents with Howard so that he can make a timely application to the Backpage fund if he wishes. Howard has also filed another motion" - full request and order on Patreon here
