SDNY
COURTHOUSE,
Oct 29 – At 4:30 pm on
September 16, 2024 Inner City
Press was told by its SDNY
source to expect "the big one"
- Sean Combs - the next day in
the courtroom here.
At US Attorney
Damian Williams' press
conference Inner City Press
asked if his office would be
seeking detention - Yes, he
said. Detention memo on
Patreon here.
In the run-up to
the 2:30 pm hearing Combs'

On January 22,
2025 Combs from MDC, through
his civil firm, sued Courtney
Burgess for saying on
NewsNation that he's seen
videos of Combs' abuses.

But since Burgess
spoke to the grand jury, will
this be presented in the
criminal case as obstruction
or intimidation?
Jump cut to
October 28, when counsel for
Combs - who is still in the
MDC - wrote in to "request
that the Court hold oral
argument on the motions to
dismiss the Amended Complaint
filed by Defendants Nexstar
Media Inc. and Ariel
Mitchell."
Meanwhile, on
October 24 without notice
Amazon took down Inner City
Press' book, "Diddy Do It" -
and all of its other books,
citing Ghislaine Maxwell. More
