Bankman-Fried trial, hours
after the guilty verdict, a
book was published: "Crypto

Sam Bankman-Fried: As live
tweeted and investigated from
inside the SDNY courthouse by
Matthew Russell Lee,"

On March
28, 2024, Inner City Press
live tweeted his sentencing,
to 25 years.
On May 28
Salame was
"sentenced to
90 months."
On
August 21,
Salame filed

Bond's lawyers
requesting a
hearing about
Salame's plea, saying
she is a third

the case
provides a rare
opportunity to
cast Brandeis'
sunshine onto
the SDNY
prosecutors'
"tactics in
obtaining
pleas."
On July 22,
amid the US v

crypto trial,
this:

Mr. Breslin
seems to say
we agreed to
not tell the

agreement.
This is
serious and
may implicate

But
then, after Bond's
lawyer Eric
Breslin of
Duane Morris
said no more
Sassoon, the
US Attorney's
Office on
October 24 wrote in
that "given
that the
defendant will
no longer call
former U.S.
Attorney
Danielle
Sassoon as a
witness at
this hearing,
the Government
intends to do
so. Ms.
Sassoon has
very limited
availability
in November.
Accordingly,
the Government
requests that
the Court
schedule a
continuation
of the
hearing,
during which
the Government
is permitted
to call Ms.
Sassoon to
testify,
irrespective
of whether the
defendant
chooses to
call Ms.
Parlovecchio
later. The
Government has
conferred with
Ms. Sassoon,
and she is
available any
day the week
of November 10."

have more on
this, and on
