Juror 37 Mr. Hammer had had a
medical issues. And Ms
Goldman, I don't remember her
number, called my staff and
expressed serious concern...
Does either side object to
excluding her? [Neither
does... Now the 50 left come
in] Judge Kaplan:
We'll put Number 50 into Seat
12, any objection? [Sidebar
discussion is requested, and

Judge Kaplan: Let me tell you
the questions, we'll start
with seat 1. Once lawyers told
me to ask how old they are.

sighs, says, We'll come back

excused. We are now finished
with the questions. Now the
lawyers will get together and
excuse some of you. Then we'll
take a break, then opening
