SDNY
COURTHOUSE,
Oct 15 – A man on parole who
got shot at Morris Avenue and
162nd Street in The Bronx in
January has now been indicted
as a felon in possession of a
gun.
On October
15 he pled not guilty in the
U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Magistrates Court, which Inner
City Press closely
covers.
The
shooting gave rise to a search
that the Complaint recounts
had been consented to in
advance, as a condition. A
Taurus pistol was found.
The
assigned District Judge held a
conference also on October 15
and set another for December
11 at 10 am.
The case
is USA v. Neil, 24-cr-565
(Hellerstein)
