said. Detention memo on

On September 30,
Combs' lawyers filed a notice
of appeal of detention to the
2d Circuit.
On October 20 a
slew of five ases were filed
in SDNY by the Tony Buzbee
Firm, including one by a 29
year old female musician
stating that she was sexually
assaulted by Combs at an NYC
party in December 2022. Complaint
on Patreon here.
On October 21,
the assigned District Judge
Lorna G. Schofield ruled that
as complaint by pseudonym it
had to be filed as a
miscellaneous case, citing ECF
Rule 6.14(b) - and dismissed
the case.
Will it quickly
be re-filed as miscellaneous
case, as one before Judge
Rearden was the week before?
