On October 10,
Inner City Press live tweeted
- trial was set for May 5,
2025 and Judge Subramanian
told the parties to draft an
order against leaks. Thread here.
On November 19
another slew of five cases
were filed in SDNY by the Tony
Buzbee Firm, including one by
a man from Georgia saying he

On November 20,
the assigned District Judge
Lorna G. Schofield ruled that
as complaint by pseudonym it
had to be filed as a
miscellaneous case, citing ECF
Rule 6/14(b) - and dismissed
the case. In the prior wave of
cases, Judge Jennifer H.
Rearden did just this. Other
cases are going forward -
before Judge Vyskocil, only
after Candice McClary's named
was added.
