COURTHOUSE,
Dec 15 – A woman charged with
using AI to graft onto
pornographic images the face
of a victim she then demanded
$1.215 billion in hush money
from came on December 15
before U.S. District Court for
the Southern District of New
York Judge Margaret G.
Garnett, asking for more time
out of her Park Avenue
apartment while on pre-trial
release. Inner City Press was
there.
The
AUSA said she is a risk of
flight,having previously tried
to fly to China, but
could be allowed to go a park
for an hour a day.
Defense
counsel Arthur Aidala said she
lives on Park Avenue between
36 and 37 Street and could go
to Bryant Park.
Judge
Garnett said OK, one extra
hour a day. The
complaint describes the
defendant hiding evidence
among sanitary napkins her
apartment, and having cameras
to take the images that she
then allegedly
doctored.

v. Luo, 1:25-cr-412 (Garnett)
