lawsuits filed

Thanksgiving
2022 in the

letter
rogatory to
Barclays Bank,
for its
communications
with the UK
Financial
Conduct
Authority
about Jes Staley
and his relationship
with Jeffrey
Epstein
including,
reportedly, 1200
emails between
the two.
On November
29, the Doe
v. bank(s)
cases were
assigned to SDNY
Judge Jed S.
Rakoff, as
"related" to a
previous case
against Deutsche
Bank he has.
Both had
a proceeding that
