COURTHOUSE,
Nov 25 – A man charged with
driving around stealing mail
on July 25, 2023 was presented
and released on bond on
November 25, 2024 by U.S.
District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Magistrate Judge Barbara C.
Moses. Inner City Press was
there, the only media in the
SDNY Mag court.
There are
two other co-defendants; the
indictment refers also to a
CC-1 co-conspirator. The
defendant, with a relative
serving as third party
custodian, was ordered
released on $25,000 bond.
The custodian
said he is a tow truck driver,
off the books.
The judge said
the co-signer should not be
working off the books, it's
not a good look.
The case is USA
