SDNY
COURTHOUSE,
Oct 7 – A man who pled
guilty to traveling from The
Bronx to Montana to try to
join ISIS was back in court on
October 7 before U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Valerie E. Caproni. Inner City
Press was there.
He is now charged
in The Bronx with assaulting a
69-year-old man, and having a
"large knife." His lawyer said
the fault law with his
client's brother, who steals
packages which led to the
fight at issues.
The US
Attorney's Office asked for
detention. Judge Caproni
declined to detain at this
time, asked Probation to
redouble its efforts to help
him find a job.
