COURTHOUSE,
Jan 27 –A man who left the
country of Georgia on March
17, 2024 and entered the US
without inspection at Otay
Mesa, California on April 3,
2024 was detained by ICE in 26

The case
was assigned to District Judge
Ronnie Abrams, who ordered
that petition not be removed
from SDNY, EDNY or DNJ without
her approval, with a status
conference set for February 5
at 10:45.. It is
