April 1 – For a cocaine
importation conspiracy
spanning Colombia, The Bronx
and Philadelphia, a defendant
pled guilty on March 20 before
U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Katherine Polk Faila.
Inner City Press is covering
the case.
Already nearly $100,000 was
seized from him by law
enforcement on January 11,
2024 "in the vicinity of 4640
Third Avenue, Bronx, New
York."
His co-defendant
pled guilty and has been
sentenced to 33 months in
prison.
Now he
pled guilty to Count 1.
Sentencing is set for July
8.
