SDNY
COURTHOUSE,
Dec 23 – A week after
the drill rapper known as Kay
Flock a/k/a Kevin Perez was
sentenced to 25 years in
prison, on December 23
authorities "announced the
unsealing of an Indictment
charging AHMAR GARCIA, a/k/a
“OB,” and RAHEEM PATTERSON,
a/k/a “Rah Rah,” with
committing the murder of
sixteen-year-old Nisayah
Sanchez on September 29,
2021."
Inner City Press, which
covered and published about
book about the Kay Flock
case,
"Courthouse
Rap" (on
Amazon here)
recognized
the murder.
At the
trial, it has been ascribed to
cooperating witness Xavier
Rosado. How many people had
done it?
When
the presentment took place
later on December 23, Inner
City Press went and live
tweeted it, here:
Magistrate Judge:
Mr Garcia, you are charged
with a shooting resulting in
death, racketeering. Mr
Patterson, you are charged
with murder... RICO gun.
Defense: Not
guilty.
Judge: They will
remain detained.
AUSA: We will
discuss the capital issues.
Afterward
Inner City Press confirmed
with one defense counsel that
they were brought in because
of the potential death
penalty. Rosado was sentenced
to 18 years, but after
cooperation, who knows? Hacker
Shakeeb Ahmed was sentenced
then released as soon as he
testified against Roman Storm.
