Oct 7 – A photographers'
agency sued Style of Sports
for using photographs without
permission. The case has a
conference on October 7, 2024
before U.S. District Court for
the Southern District of New
York Judge Jed S. Rakoff.

Style of
Sport had managed to get a pro
bono legal representative, who
said he aims to file an answer
in 21 days.
He said he was
exploring issues of statute of
limitations, and of fair
use.
Judge
Rakoff set other dates,
leading up to final
pre-trial conference on April
30, 2025 at 4 pm.
