SDNY
COURTHOUSE,
Dec 10 – A man sentenced to 69
months in prison in 2009 but
still under supervised release
in 2024 was arraigned on
alleged violations on December
10, 2024 before U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge Jed
S. Rakoff.
Inner City Press
was there, the only media in
the courtroom.
After
denial of the undocketed
allegations, a hearing was set
for January 27 at 11 am.
Initially it was to be January
23 but Assistant US Attorney
Ryan Finkel said he would be
"abroad" on that day.
Judge Rakoff asked where, and
the answer was Taiwan, on
business, specifically cyber
security and the Dark
Web.
Inner City
Press will stay on the
case(s).
This case
is US v. Felix, et al.,
1:09-cr-148 (Rakoff)
