for alleged
patent
violations
about zippers.
That was in
2015.
On
December 29,
2022, U.S.
District Court
for the
Southern
District of
New York Judge
Gregory H.
Woods held a
proceeding.
Inner City
Press covered
it.
Judge
Woods had
several items
to address. He
ruled that if
Defendants'
witnesses
Abinobu
Shibata and
Masayuki
Sarumaru
testify in
either of the
upcoming
trials, they
must do so
through a
Japanese
interpreter.
Also,
Plaintiffs'
Exhibit 77 is
excluded from
the "high end
outerwear
trial but not
excluded from
the second
trial.
