by Matthew Russell Lee, Patreon Book Substack

SDNY COURTHOUSE, July 5 – Two men have been indicted for the armed carjacking of a BWM in Harlem on June 14, 2024. They were apprehended when the "Find My iPhone" app located the car.

On July 3 the second defendant was arraigned before U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York Magistrate Judge Katharine H. Parker in the SDNY Mag court, which Inner City Press closely covers.

The two are now set to appear before the assigned District Judge Gregory H. Woods on July 24 at 1 pm.

The case is US v. Rivera, et al., 24-cr-412 (Woods / Parker)
