SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Feb 4 –
Wells
Fargo sued
Shulem Green
of Brooklyn,
New York, on a
$6.5 million
loan.
On
February 3,
2023 U.S.
District Court
for the
Southern
District of
New York
Judge Lewis J.
Liman held a
proceeding.
Inner City
Press covered
it.
Wells
had sued as
Trustee for
the Benefit of
the Registered
Holders of UBS
Commercial
Mortgage Trust
2018-C11,

Certificates,
Series

But
now it was
said that the
loan has been
sold, to a
third party
purchaser, BTC
Capital
LLC.
Judge Liman
ruled that the
parties much
show cause by
March 3 why
the case
should not be
dismissed for
failure to
prosecute, if
by that date
the Purchaser
has not
appeared in
the case and
no motion for
substitution
has been
filed.
The
case is Wells
Fargo Bank,
National
Association,
as Trustee for
the Benefit of
the Registered
Holders of UBS
Commercial
Mortgage Trust
2018-C11,
Commercial
