Wandrea' Moss' ongoing attempt
to collect from Rudy Giuliani,
a proceeding was held on
September 27 before U.S.
District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Lewis J. Liman. Inner

And on October 8,
a motion to intervene by
Andrew Giuliani: "Amongst that
property are '3 Yankee World
Series Rings.' However, the
Mayor gifted those World
Series rings to his son,
Andrew, in 2018. An order
requiring transfer of these
rings to Plaintiffs would
permanently deprive Andrew of
his ownership in them. He thus
seeks permission to

Judge Liman wrote that
Giuliani is "ordered under
C.P.L.R. 5225 to transfer all
personal property specified in
the list below at pp. 16-18" -

counsel for the plaintiffs
wrote to Judge Liman that "the
Palm Beach Condo should be
included among the property
subject to the Receivership
Order... vDefendant’s freedom
to reside in the Palm Beach
Condo should be conditioned on
his continued payment of all
taxes, maintenance, and other
expenses of ownership out of
exempt assets, such as his
retirement account or Social
