Nov 5 – In Ruby Freeman's and
Wandrea' Moss' ongoing attempt
to collect from Rudy Giuliani,
a proceeding was held on
September 27 before U.S.
District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Lewis J. Liman. Inner

should move quickly. Adjourned
And on October 8,
a motion to intervene by
Andrew Giuliani: "Amongst that
property are '3 Yankee World
Series Rings.' However, the
Mayor gifted those World
Series rings to his son,
Andrew, in 2018. An order
requiring transfer of these
rings to Plaintiffs would
permanently deprive Andrew of
his ownership in them. He thus
seeks permission to

On October 22
Judge Liman wrote that
Giuliani is "ordered under
C.P.L.R. 5225 to transfer all
personal property specified in
the list below at pp. 16-18" -

On Sunday October
27, Giuliani's lawyer filed
opposition, noting that
"between February 8, 2024, and
August 8, 2024, Defendant was
in Palm Beach for the
plurality of the time (71
days, approximately 39% of the

On November 4 the
plaintiffs' wrote in
complaining among other things
that the NY co-op is been
emptied, on Patreon here
On November 5,
opposing the order to come to
court on November 7,
Giuliani's counsel said his
client has a radio commitment
at that time for which he
needs to be in his Palm Beach

This was quickly
denied by Judge Liman.
