slew of cases were filed in
SDNY by the Tony Buzbee Firm,
including one by a woman who
states that she was sexually
assaulted by Combs in 1995 in
Elks Plaza in NYC. She / the
Buzbee Firm filed as Jane Doe

and on October 15
Judge Lewis J. Liman to whom
the case was assigned issued
this:
"In order to
proceed anonymously, Plaintiff
must make a motion to do so."
On March 6, 2025
the request was denied: "The
motion to proceed anonymously
is DENIED. Plaintiff shall
file a complaint in her own
name by March 20, 2025, or
this case will be dismissed.
The Clerk of Court is
respectfully directed to close
Dkt. No. 31. SO ORDERED..
