SDNY COURTHOUSE, Feb 23 -- A man
charged with selling fentanyl resulting in the death of a
woman in Yorktown, New York was arraigned on February 26
before U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New
York Judge Lewis J. Liman. Inner City Press was there.
The AUSA said that the victim's family has given them
consent to search her phone, and that contents would be
produced to the defense within two weeks.
The CJA defense counsel asked for 45 days, but got a month,
to March 25 at noon, at which time Judge Liman said he may
set a trial schedule.
The case is USA v. Caceres, 1:26-cr-62 (Liman)
