the U.S. District Court for
the Southern District of New
York on January 5, a bond or
detention proceeding was held
by Magistrate Judge Sarah
Netburn for Mounir Mrabet,
charged with narcotics
conspiracy.

he had been arrested at 6 in
the morning. He consented to
detention without prejudice,
and waived the preliminary
hearing until the 30th day.
