COURT, Jan 10 - In the
U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
on January 10, a detention or
bond proceeding was held by
Magistrate Judge Robert W.
Lehrburger on a man arrested
at 6 am that day on one court
of bank robbery.
The
defendant, Ronald Adams, was
assigned a Federal Defender.
The Assistant US
Attorney agreed to release on
$25,000 bond, with a condition
of mental health assessment
and treatment.
Hours after his
release, the case was still
listed in PACER as "sealed."
