Undercover
officers in Poughekeepie
bought cocaine and MDMA from
the defendant, Shevah Yarde,
in the parking lot of the
train station and of Kennedy's
Fried Chicken. He had a
handgun in his house, as a
felon.
Yarde got
a Federal Defender and was
detained as a danger to the
community and as a risk of
flight; the preliminary
hearing is set for February 22
if the case is not indicted by
then.
The case is US v.
Yarde, 7:23-mj-658 (Krause)
