MAG COURT, Jan 27 - In
the U.S. District Court for
the Southern District of New
York in White Plains on
January 26, a detention or
bond proceeding was set by
Magistrate Judge Andrew E.
Krause on a man arrested with
four ounces of crack in
Newburgh.

Police Department officers
arrested Moore on a warrang
and found four ounces of
crack. He said he sold it in
the area of William Street and
Benkard Street in Newburgh,
carrying a gun for his
protection.
Yarde got
a CJA lawyer and was detained
on consent; the preliminary
hearing is set for February 22
if the case is not indicted by
then.
