The AUSA
spoke of two domestic violence
incidents.
The Federal
Defender said he is 36 and the
father of five children.
The AUSA
said he was aware of the
Federal warrant, but then said
it would not say how it knew,
for safety reasons.
Judge
Willis said being on Florida,
while on probation, spoke for
itself. She ordered the
defendant detained... He got
six months.
Jump cut to April
22, 2026, when Federal
Defenders asked for 30 months
- eighteen months for his drug
conviction, and 12 months for
his supervised release
violations, on May 6.
The case is US v.
Velasquez, 22-cr-572
(Subramanian)
