on August 14
and charged
with being a
felon in
possession of
ammunition - a
single 9mm FC
Luger shell
casing.
It
was before
U.S. District
Court for the
Southern
District of
New York
Magistrate
Judge
Katharine H.
Parker. Inner

Looking
back into the
unsealed
complaint, it
described
Hogue firing
four shots on
June 18, 2023
into a crowd
in front of
1409 Webster
Avenue in The
Bronx, by a
Blink Fitness,
and hitting a
victim in the
ankle.
He
was wearing a
white t-shirt
and a blue cap
featuring a
Toronto Blue
Jays emblem.
He was
identified by
four tattoos,
each in the
shape of a
star, on his
right
forearm.
Previously,
Hogue was
convicted of
Attempted
Murder in the
Second Degree
in The Bronx.
On August 14,
2023 he was
detained.
Jump
cut a year
minus a day
forward: Hogue
was before
Judge Mary Kay
Vyskocil,
pleading
guilty to a
Violation of
Supervised
Release.
Sentencing was
set for
November 7 at
11:30 - before
the December 3
sentencing in
the felon in
possession of
ammo case
before Judge
Jennifer L.
Rochon.
On
the VOSR, on
October 31 the
US Attorney's
Office wrote
in asking for
the statutory
maximum 24
months, on
November 7 at
11:30 am.
