March 4 – Four defendants from
Colombia were indicted for
cocaine importation in the
U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
where in early 2025 two pled
guilty, after another had died
in prison in Colombia. (Nolle
prosequi was entered as to
Henao Ramirez on August 14,
2024). Inner City Press

On February 11,
Candell Reyes pled guilty,
with sentencing set for June
10.
On February
25, De La Cruz Obregon pled
guilty, with sentencing
scheduled for July 10.
On February
27, Velasquez Hernandez pled
guilty, with sentencing set
for June 17.
