April 1 – A man who fled
police on Manhattan's Lower
East Side, from Houston Street
to Avenue B with K2 and then a
tossed gun after previous
conviction for a felony pled
guilty on March 13 before U.S.
District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Loretta A. Preska.
The
original complaint, reviewed
by Inner City Press, describes
the car as a red Kia, driving
the wrong way on 8th Street
between Avenues B and C.
Sentencing was set for June 24
at 10:30 am.
The
case is USA v. Rosado,
1:25-cr-101 (Preska)
